At Saola Shoes, we want you to be completely satisfied with your sustainable footwear. If your purchase isn't a perfect fit, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the pre-paid shipping label provided through the portal to ensure trackable and secure transit.

• 3.
  Pack Your Shoes

  Place the unworn shoes in their original eco-friendly packaging and securely attach the shipping label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
